Zucchini

Guess what? It's Zucchini

My Aunt gave me some plants this summer to plant.... thinking all along that I have cucumber plants and squash plants. Until we found these big 'ole things this evening. My baby girl said "OH, my, that's a big cucumber!"

I don't think that's a cucumber.

So, never have eaten zucchini, I needed something to make with it.

Going to try and find a zucchini bread recipe and make some tomorrow.
